Rum Old Fashioned

Ingredients 

Serves 1

  • 50ml Sterling & Malcolm Golden Rum
  • 8ml Demerara Syrup
  • 3 - 4 dashes Aromatic Bitters
  • To garnish Orange Peel

Method

  • Pour the rum, demerara syrup and bitters into a mixing glass.
  • Add ice and stir to combine, until the outside of the glass is cold.
  • Strain into a rocks glass over one block of ice and garnish with the orange peel.
