Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 1 tbsp Sugar Syrup
  • 50ml Sterling & Malcolm Golden Rum
  • 25ml Espresso
  • 25ml Coffee Liqueur

Method 

  • Add the sugar syrup, rum, espresso

    and coffee liqueur to a shaker over

    ice.

  • Shake hard until the outside of

    the shaker feels cold.

  • Strain into chilled martini glasses

    and garnish with a coffee bean.
