FROM THE SHORES OF THE CARIBBEAN TO BRITISH OAK
From the start, we wanted to celebrate our British-Jamaican heritage and bring authentic Caribbean storytelling to British glasses. Choosing British Oak for maturation was a natural decision, supporting both sustainability and tradition. Working with one of the few remaining British cooperages, our golden rum is matured in sustainably sourced casks, crafted from Oak with a planting provenance dating back over 200 years.

We are meticulous about our partners, ensuring every part of the production chain is supported by businesses committed to social, cultural and environmental responsibility through sustainable and ethical sourcing. At the distillery, several sustainability frameworks are in place, including the use of carefully harvested rainwater, which is filtered, used in production, and recycled through a closed-loop system. For our bottles, our labelling partner prints on carbon capture paper in collaboration with the Woodland Trust.
